Dr A has always been prepared to discuss additional issues that may be related to the original appointment issue but as a patient I have been unaware of. Additionally he always is focused on the issues raised and deals with them directly and effectively. It is a mystery to me how he manages to fit all his patients into his appoinments time frame. He is courteous and sensitive. As an older person I prefer face to face appointments. My concern is on ecomm appointments the dr does not have the opportunity to pick up on potential physical / mental issues the patient may have that may / may not be related the the appointment issue. Additionally in face to face appoinments the patient also reads the drs face and body language, which can be part of the 'healing process'.

He is very positive and has a lot of empathy. He looks at you and make sure you feel you have his whole attention. He also listens to you and takes on board any suggestions you may have. He's been my doctor for quite a few years and I only have good words for him.
